Inverted Aeropress Recipe:

35g coffee: 150g 85°C Water

Coarse 28-30 Clicks Commandante C40

Start timer, add 150g water quickly

Stir with paddle for 5s

Add cap Flip and plunge at 1:05

Finish by ~ 1:35 Dilute with 160g water, or to taste.

Born in Singapore and raised in Perth, Fran has been focused on flavour her whole life. She has spent her recent years in the industry brewing, tasting and learning from her first batch all the way up to now. ⁠

She is our Marketing Director and Roaster and we are so glad to have her wealth of knowledge and cheerfulness that pours into some of our finest brews!⁠

Jerome

Jerome hails originally from Vancouver, Canada and has spent the better part of the decade working in some of Melbourne’s best destination cafes, evolving with one smile at a time.

He is our Green Bean Buyer and Roaster, and we are so stoked for the high-quality exotic offerings that he has lined up for you!
