Located near the Mele Village in the Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia, you can find Abraham Mengiste, and his team from Primrose Coffee. For the past two years we've been lucky to secure some of his carbonic maceration lots, which prove to be popular every time!
This lot has been processed to present a super creamy yet clean flavour profile compared to commonly expected carbonic maceration processed coffees. You can expect flavours such as soft floral jasmine, white peach and soursop (a fruit related to the custard apple)!
