Our personal favourite from the Gutiérrez Family is back! The family's vision of producing these exotic and incredible varietals has been constantly improving. This is our second year directly working with them and we can't wait for you to taste their hard work. We believe Finca Monteverde excels at unlocking unknown flavour in their coffee while staying true to it's stunning terroir.
As you might of guessed we selected a Red Honey Geisha, which reflects the family's attention to detail in harvesting and meticulous processing. Being processed as a Red Honey means the coffee spends time with the cherry before it is pulped, imparting layers of complexity with big floral notes and fresh berries. They never compromise during the entire process and are committed to their strict schedules.
In this brew you can expect clear and transparent flavours from hot to cold temperatures. You'll also be able to taste floral mania of rose, hibiscus, jasmine with juicy strawberries and sweet manuka honey.
