The ever evolving Holguin family of Pichinde, Valle de Cauca focus on growing exotic varieties and processing them to highlight their terroir. Within Café Inmaculada’s farms, we discovered the rarest and most exotic coffee varieties we’ve seen in all of coffee production. Majority of which are very low-yielding and difficult to grow, proving their commitment to their goal to "produce the most extraordinary coffees possible, regardless of risk or costs."

This Geisha variety is globally celebrated for its intoxicating floral aroma, tea-like characteristics, and complex tropical fruit flavours. Geisha has dominated the coffee competition scene over the past decade gaining notoriety from all those within the industry. This very limited signature T486 lot 00009 from our friends at Inmaculada exudes all the aspects of the traditional Geisha profile, look for notes of ripe pineapple, fresh blueberry, white flower and raw honey.

This coffee is released in collaboration with our friends from Blacklist Coffee Roasters in Welshpool, Perth.
