Jean's family has been farming coffee for over 100 years, this particular farm has been with the family for 15 years. Jean is constantly keeping up with trends, and innovates by focusing in post-harvest processing techniques and diverse types of fermentation to achieve extremely high quality.
We are excited to release our very first Brazilian coffee, and hope this aerobic Catuai 99 changes your perspective with its fruity tropical notes. We taste a whole spectrum of flavours from this coffee from custard apple, banana, kiwi and milk chocolate.
