After years in the making we’re so excited to release our first Bolivian coffee from our friends at Agricafe! Over the last decade, Pedro has worked tirelessly to build the production of and market for, Bolivian specialty coffee, helping hundreds of local farmers recognise and realise the potential of their land and crops.
This lot is from Las Alasitas which is located in the colony of Bolinda, where high elevation allows a slow maturation of the cherries as temperatures are stable all throughout the day. This allows an increased concentration of sweetness in the cherries, resulting in a sweeter final cup.
Producer, Pedro is always innovating and in this case the coffee was processed through the influence of the wine industry. This process allows for the development of lactic acid, resulting in a silky, creamy and luxurious mouthfeel that extenuates the flavour profile.
The perfect terroir combined with lactic natural processing has created beautiful flavours of intense jasmine, white peach and lychee. We hope you enjoy!
