Located near Volcan Barú, Panama's highest peak sits Finca Santa Teresa where they produce a range of premium coffee. Known for being regular finalists in Best of Panama, it is on their stunning forest farm 1500 masl that the coffee Estribi is grown. The rich volcanic soil, high altitude and weather system has contributed to a true taste of terroir driving super floral and sweet fruit flavours in all their coffees. This particular coffee was named after one of their longstanding employees, Aracelly Estribi.
At Finca Santa Teresa they work strongly to reach a harmonious balance between the natural forest and coffee trees, providing as home for wildlife including a vast array of birds. On site there is also a reforestation programme, where a lot of organic waste from processing is reused as natural compost and fertilizer.
This coffee is a true representation of Panamanian Geisha, you can expect flavours of sweet honeysuckle, floral jasmine tea and bergamot.
