Roasting Schedule

We currently roast every Wednesday fortnight, our next roast date is always displayed on the top of our website.

Please have your orders in by 5pm (AEDT) Tuesday the day before Wednesday's roast day. Any orders received after the cut off time will be placed onto the next roast cycle.

Shipping policy

All our orders are dispatched within 48 hours of the roast date. We roast on Wednesdays and ship Thursdays.

Note: Due to COVID-19 please be aware of shipping delays.

We are happy to offer standard tracked shipping via Sendle for all orders. All Sendle deliveries are 100% carbon neutral.

Orders below $60 – Flat rate of $7

Orders over $60 – FREE

Within Melbourne: 2-5 days

All other states: 3-7 days

For next business day delivery* - $12

*Express Post remains our fastest domestic postal service, but due to COVID-19 their next-business-day guarantee is currently suspended. Please visit their website to find out update domestic delivery times.

This covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. This service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside capital cities, next business day service is to and from townships only.

We offer free local pick up for all orders.

We are happy to announce that we now offer International Shipping worldwide.

We offer two options international shipping via Sendle International (6-27 business days) and DHL Express Worldwide (fastest option).

For DHL Express please keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on the origin/destination relation; from 3-5 days for nearby countries and up to 20 days for countries further away.

Pricing on these varies depending on your order size and location, our shipping calculator will provide accurate shipping rates for all international destinations at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not send out any coffee without undergoing quality control protocols. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the site for any reason, please contact us via our contact page or email hello@bredda.coffee to discuss a refund or exchange.

Please note, requests for returns must be raised with us within 14 days of shipment date, subject to proof of purchase date and price.
